Our current heater block (the bit that makes the smoke), represents state of the art design and manufacture.
All components are produced to exacting tolerances, even down to the thread through which smoke fluid travels. Our custom manufacturing facility is also the world leader in the production of industrial and fire training systems used by companies such as the Atomic Energy Authority, the United States Air Force and a multitude of Fire Brigades and training centres.

The heating element itself is produced by Watlow heaters and is widely regarded as the finest of its type in the world. It was originally designed for use in satellites (you really DON'T want a failure in Space). The Firerod Cartridge heater also provides class leading power output and the ability to field strip heater assemblies for servicing - this ensures the longest possible serviceable lifespan.
What all of this means, in real terms, is the production of the most persistent, safe and best security smoke in the world in every product to leave the factory.
